I have had the H20 X5 for many years and this is now the third main body part that I have purchased. I looked at other steam cleaners but felt that as the rest of my H20 was in perfect condition, there was no reason to change and, after fitting the new accessory, the cleaner is working like a new one. I did treat myself to some new mops as the velcro on my old ones was not working as well as it used to, but the actual mop heads still operated efficiently so, at a push, I can still use them too. Very pleased.

The mop works great. I wish it had a wider base.

I love this, it really does clean and freshen everything, definitely worth the money, I now use it almost daily.
